We don\u2019t tout BS internal awards and sales stats about how much money we make. We\u2019re more interested in turning Sellers and Buyers into happy customers.<\/p>\n 3. Our clients have the final say in our performance.<\/strong>\u00a0We ask every Buyer and Seller for feedback (not just the ones who love us). Our goal is a 5-star review and we\u2019ll do whatever we need to do to get it.<\/p>\n 4. Transparency, not games.<\/strong> From ethically price negociations, honest advice to upfront pricing and inclusions, we believe in transparency.<\/p>\n 5. We only do what we know<\/strong>. We won\u2019t sell a rural property and we won\u2019t work in a neighbourhood we aren\u2019t familiar with. If we aren\u2019t the best person for the job, we\u2019ll find the person who is.<\/p>\n 6. We\u2019re obsessive about flawless paperwork and details.<\/strong>\u00a0We understand the importance of the legal paperwork. Missed initials and clauses just aren\u2019t OK. We go well beyond industry standards in providing information and data, from accurate square footage measurements and floor plans to sold price details. We think Buyers and Sellers are best served by being informed.<\/p>\n 7. We\u2019re actively engaged in the real estate market.<\/strong> Every [blogtitle] agent has made real estate their full-time career and sells at least 14 homes per year or focuses on rentals. That means that every [blogtitle] agent who has been with the team at least a year is in the top 5% of agents in Luxembourg. We\u2019re on top of the current market conditions and statistics, and we\u2019re committed to continuous learning through education and training.<\/p>\n 8. We\u2019re inclusive and fair.<\/strong>\u00a0We hold the Human Rights Code near and dear and treat people like we want to be treated.<\/p>\n 9. We\u2019ll always represent our clients\u2019 best interests over our own.<\/strong>What does that mean in the real world?<\/p>\n 10. We don\u2019t hold our\u00a0<\/strong>clients hostage to a piece of paper<\/strong>. If there\u2019s ever a problem while you\u2019re working with us, we\u2019ll do everything we can to fix it. If we can\u2019t, then we\u2019ll release you from your contract.
